Our Services

SELECT PDR LLC (“SELECT PDR,” “we,” “us”) provides paintless dent and hail damage repair services. By becoming a customer, you agree to these terms.

SELECT PDR performs vehicle repair only. Customers are responsible for filing their own insurance claims; the insurance carrier makes all coverage decisions. Estimates, repair timelines, and outcomes can vary based on vehicle condition and insurance approval.

SMS Text Messaging Program

If you opt in when your repair job is created, SELECT PDR will send you text messages about your repair — primarily to notify you when your vehicle is ready for pickup. These are the terms of that program:

• Message frequency: Varies by job; typically no more than a few messages per repair.
• Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
• Opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. You will receive one final confirmation message, and no further messages will be sent.
• Help: Reply HELP to any message, or contact us directly using the information below.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Opting out of text messages does not affect your repair service or any other part of your relationship with SELECT PDR.

Payments

Payment terms for repair services are set out in your Work Authorization and related repair documents. Any deposit, storage, or fee schedule disclosed to you at intake or in your signed documents applies in addition to these general terms.

No Warranty on Communications

While we make reasonable efforts to keep you informed about your repair, SELECT PDR does not guarantee delivery, timing, or accuracy of any text message, phone call, or email, and is not liable for delays caused by your mobile carrier or service provider.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The “Effective” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles.
