SELECT PDR LLC (“SELECT PDR,” “we,” “us”) provides paintless dent and hail damage repair services. This policy explains what information we collect from customers, how we use it, and how we protect it — including information related to text message (SMS) communications about your repair.

When you become a SELECT PDR customer, we collect information necessary to schedule, estimate, and complete your repair, including:

• Name, mobile phone number, and email address
• Vehicle information (year, make, model, VIN) and photos of vehicle damage
• Insurance company and claim information, when applicable
• Job and repair status information
• Payment and billing information related to your repair

Text Messaging (SMS) Privacy

If you opt in to receive text updates about your repair, we use your mobile number solely to send you messages about your own job — primarily to let you know when your vehicle is ready for pickup. Message frequency varies by job and is typically no more than a few messages per repair. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.

You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. You can request help at any time by replying HELP. Opting out of text messages does not affect your repair service in any way.

SMS opt-in status and consent records are used only to operate this messaging program and are not sold, rented, or shared with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

How We Use Your Information

We use customer information to schedule and perform repairs, communicate about job status (by phone, email, or text if you’ve opted in), process payments, coordinate with insurance carriers on your behalf when applicable, and maintain business records as required by law.

How We Protect Your Information

We maintain reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect customer information against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. Access to customer data within our systems is limited to staff who need it to perform repair-related work.

Sharing of Information

We do not sell customer information. We share information only as needed to perform the service you requested — for example, with your insurance carrier when you’ve authorized us to handle a claim, or with service providers who help us operate our business (such as our scheduling and communications software). We do not share SMS opt-in data or mobile phone numbers with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

Your Choices

You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP. You can ask us to correct or delete your information, or ask questions about this policy, by contacting us using the information below.

We may update this policy from time to time. The “Effective” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
